Disclosure Regarding clarification on the news

Reference to the above-mentioned subject; Agility Public Warehousing Company would like to announce a material information as per the below template:

Material Information Agility would like to disclose that it has received notification from the Public Authority for Industry (“PAI”) requesting the Company to vacate the lands located in Sulaibiya (Contract No. 60/2002) and Amghara (Contract No. 19/2002).

Accordingly, the Company would like to state the following:

  1. The subject of eviction is currently before the Court of First Instance, and no final or conclusive judgment has been issued in this regard.
  2. The lawsuits filed by Agility seeking confirmation of the contract extensions are still under review before the courts, and the rulings issued therein have not included any obligation on the Company to vacate.

Accordingly, PAI’s demand for eviction prior to a court ruling is considered early in light of the fact that the matter of eviction is currently under the Court’s consideration.
Impact of the material information on the financial position of the company No impact at the moment as long as the lands are not handed over.
